FST’s experience
and global exposure working within the microelectronic
and bio-pharmaceutical industries has resulted in an

databases to help narrow the selection process for
required skills and experience of potential employees.
Once selected, an employee resume profile
is entered on a proprietary database. This enables
the operations staff to sort through hundreds of candidate
profiles quickly and match highly qualified candidates
to specific search criteria that are defined by the
client and/or job function requirement. Sort engines
search by job function, work experience, client experience
requirement and/or specific technical or managerial
skills.
