What Exactly is STATS?
FST uses its STATS “real time” database for data
acquisition, information analysis and dissemination as part
of its approach toward effectively managing its portion of
projects. STATS is the most comprehensive database for tracking
and documentation available. It tracks schedules, milestone
dates, work time and task efficiency, acceptance test results,
associated rework, installation personnel qualifications,
and customized tracking requests. All of FST’s associated
quality control costs can be tracked by STATS during every
phase of a project.

Why should STATS be used on a Project?
Information from STATS helps everyone stay current on critical-path QC issues
for efficient project management. FST can customize STATS to accommodate a
wide variety of potential users, from construction, facilities and manufacturing
personnel,
to CM’s and installing contractors.
STATS can be used to effectively schedule
manpower and equipment loading, track workflow progress,
communicate the status of line and equipment verification
submittals, report turnover dates, and supply a wide variety of customized
requests. |
